Town of Secaucus Construction Code Enforcement

The activities of the Construction Code Enforcement Department are guided by the Town's Construction Official who is responsible for zoning and the review and approval of all plans submitted to the Town of Secaucus for construction permits. As required, the plans are reviewed by the Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Sub-Code officials before any permits are issued. During the course of construction, all building activities covered under permit are inspected for compliance to the approved plans.
