401    SEWING FOR THE PERFECT FIT
MONDAYS – 8 CLASSES 
7 - 9 PM                                $60
CLASS BEGINS SEPTEMBER 36, 2005
Learn about pattern and size selections, sewing notions and equipment and care and operation of the sewing machine.  Students will construct a minimum of one garment at individual pace.

402   CROCHETTING AND KNITTING

WEDNESDAYS – 8 CLASSES

CLASS BEGINS SEPTEMBER 28, 2005

This course is for the beginner and also for those experienced in crocheting.  Instruction will include basic skills, how to check for gauge, proper utilization of material, and correct reading of instructions.  
Be Creative!  Bring a light yarn and needles to class.

403   QUILTING FOR BEGINNERS

THURSDAYS – 8 CLASSES

CLASS BEGINS SEPTEMBER 29, 2005 

Start at the beginning with this class.  We will cover Rotary Cutting, Fabric Selection, Piecing Techniques, & Machine Quilting.  Basic use of sewing machine is required for this course.

404     ITALIAN CUISINE IN 30 MINUTES

This class is designed to prepare your favorite Italian dish bringing the restaurant to your home.  Course will cover various appetizers, pastas, chicken, meat, and fish and will tell you the favorite wine for each dish!  Additional charge for food when course begins.
